I haven't tried it myself, but apparently if you put those frozen peanut butter covered bananas into a bender, they will blend into something that looks and tastes just like ice cream.
Must be tried out. pronto.

As a 'kosher flexitarian' a.k.a. 'mostly vegetarian-with-meat-on-some-Friday-nights' kinda gal, I have a healthy respect for true vegetarians and vegans. Go you!
