The tall and short of the matter

So, a miraculous event happened yesterday when I was in the dressing room of Buffalo Exchange.  After a year-long search I finally found a romper that doesn't give me a raging, angry camel toe.

At 5'7" I get that I'm taller than most women, but not by that much. Why has finding rompers, one-piece bathing suits, etc. that are tall enough for my torso always been a problem? Does anyone else have this issue? I'm always curious about how tall or short other bloggers are because it's so hard for me to tell based only on pictures. How tall are you, and if you could change your height would you like to be taller/shorter?

girl, you've got my cracking up in my cubicle! that is my problem with rompers too... I'm 5'8" and got a big booty... so it's all kinds of wrong.

you give me hope though that there is a camel-toe free romper out there for me... and this one you're sporting is so damn cute!

I'm a shortie and I'd totally love to be taller. I think it would be great to be 5'7", but I'd take 5'5"...

I'm 5'5" and I've always wanted to be taller, like 5'8" or 5'9".

Thanks for visiting my blog! I sooo know what you mean, I've tried rompers but they just don't seem to fit-- I'm short but I have a long torso. I'm glad you found one that works, it looks totally adorable!

I definitely have the too long of a torso problem with suits and rompers. today i bought one at goodwill anyway to give to someone else bc it was too cute.

I am 1m75 don't really now how mu x'x" that is ^^ It's the size of a small model, I guess ^^ I always have issues with T-shirt. they are always just that tiny bit too short, or dresses, they just cover my bottoms while on other people they reach the knees. and then ofcourse shorts, they always look like hotpants on me! x

I'm 5'6'' for many years I wish I was shorter but now I love that I'm a bit tall (at least in my family!) and I even wish I was taller just an inch or two. =)
Your necklace is fabulous and you were good about waiting for the right jumper, some girls wear them even though it's too short for their torso, not a pretty sight. =)

I have the opposite problem- though it's an easier fix. I have a short torso so the straps on things like tanks and dresses are always too long. I'm 5'4 I do love a cute romper - but those things are hard to fit no matter what your height is...

I love your romper so much! I feel your pain girl- I am 5'10" and it is hard being a 5'10" romper lover. I have found some cute ones at Forever 21 but I just always have to make sure to try them on first :)

You look so pretty!

I used to hate being tall, back when I was taller than all of the boys. Now I love it, even though I am still taller than a lot of boys. My husband and I are the exact same height, which is nice. Finding clothing at times can certainly be a problem, but I still wouldn't change it!
