Today, after participating in the Post Hunt Connie and I decided to book it over to G-town to pick up some victory treats from Georgetown Cupcake of DC Cupcakes fame. The line was out the door and around the corner (comparable to the line at Tavern in the Square on a Thursday at around 11:30pm for all my Boston people), but totally worth it:
I was happy to spend my last full day at home bumming around the District. This trip has definitely made me realize that I need to move back down south after the summer is over. But more on that at a later time. Hope everyone else had an amazing weekend!

I wanted to go there soooo badly when I was in DC, but my sister said the crowds are always awful and she didn't feel like waiting. They look SO GOOD, though! Next time I'm stopping there no matter what!
Oh, I watch that show too! And I've decided if I ever get to DC, I'll definitely get one of their cupcakes! I hope it was worth the wait:)
