I really wanted to wear this Express dress today, but it was a little too short for work, especially with the heels. So, I paired it with some brown knit tights-- the very same brown tights I forewent on August 1. The result was this elegant, Victorian-inspired outfit.

You can't really see it, but I also wore my flea market ring.
