Even though I'm only half a Jew I still like to celebrate Yom Kippur. My cousin Dan and I fast every year, then go to our relatives' house to break the fast with the rest of the family. I was disappointed this year to find my 2nd cousin 3x removed had forgotten all about the
kugel-- my favorite! Oh well, maybe next year. Or I could try to score the secret Saltzberg family recipe and make it myself...
